Late arrival- At Log Offe we understand that things happen, please call an hour ahead of your scheduled time and Log Offe med spa will make every effort to accommodate your full appointment.
Late cancellation- Log Offe Med spa has a 48-hour cancellation policy on facial services and body contouring services.

Payments- we do not bill insurance. we accept cash, visa, master card, Zelle and Cherry pay. We do not accept checks.

possession at all times. A courtesy lock box and key will be available upon request.
